Youth Work Programs
Our Youth groups offer young people fun, safe environments where they can interact with their peers and develop new interests.
Supporting young people affected by drug and alcohol misuse – their own or someone else’s.
It is rarely the case, if ever, that the substance is the problem. It’s usually a solution for something that’s causing emotional distress.
We work with young people across the many domains of their life, helping them to create manageability when it feels like everything is out of their control.
Being young means experimenting and risk taking, and during this time some of us will use different types of substances. For most, this will pass, but sometimes it doesn’t and drug and/or alcohol use becomes problematic. During these times we will walk beside you, helping you to reduce the harm cause by drugs and alcohol and to find other solutions for managing life as you find it.
Our therapeutic 121 sessions offer young people a safe space to process their experiences with substance misuse, helping them heal, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies with the support of a dedicated therapist.
Our workshops equip young people with knowledge about the risks of drug and alcohol misuse, offering practical strategies to resist peer pressure and make healthier choices. These workshops empower young people to avoid substance abuse and develop positive, long-term behaviours.
We offer personalised 121 support, tailored to each young person's unique needs, empowering them to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and achieve their emotional and personal goals.
Young people can learn healthier behaviours and coping strategies, helping them break free from the cycle of substance misuse.
Our therapeutic support helps young people process the trauma of substance misuse, allowing them to heal emotionally and build resilience against future challenges.
With guidance and support, young people can build self confidence, and develop a clear vision for their future.
